Notes
First time I have run in 5 days. Last time I ran my calf started to hurt so I cut it short and walked home. After a couple days it was feeling better but I gave it a few more days since this was the same calf that was injured and had me out for 6 months.
Went out for 2 miles and took it really easy and paid close attention to my calf. It wasn't perfect but didn't feel like I needed to stop... time will tell.
