Went out for a run with my two daughters again. Still pretty cold and a lot of icy spots to avoid still, but a good run. My oldest daughter just ran her first 5k this morning (in this training run - not a race....yet) and I am very proud of her. She completed it in 32:28 - but she will speed up tremendously in short time no doubt.
Payton (second daughter) and I kept going and added another 1.2 miles before heading home.
