Could not get into the groove in this mornings 4 miles. I just plain didn't want to get out of bed and run to be honest. I wasn't looking forward to breathing all the pollen either. The weather was nice at 63, but the pollen made it miserable. After the first mile I knew I was dragging so I forced myself to pick up the pace a bit, but not so much that I would cause any issues with my left glute. As it was it felt fine throughout the run.... good news!
