My second 4 miler of the day. My girls didn't have anyone to run with today so I offered to run with them when I got home from work. We ran 2.5 miles and dropped off Ashlee because her leg was hurting a bit. Payton and I continued on and finished off 4 miles on a little bit more hilly 1.5 miles.
This was my second run in my Saucony ProGrid Kinvara's. They felt great and supported me very well in the 4 miles.
