Notes
Got out kinda early for a run since it is going to get hot here in North Myrtle Beach, not that it isn't hot enough already at 83 with 90% humidity with the sun already in the sky. I guess 8:40 is not early enough.
The first 2 miles was with both my daughter's and their uncle Brian. We dropped off Ashlee and Brian and then Payton and I finished off a couple more miles. The last mile was really hard for some reason.
