Today was hill repeat day at the Fleet Feet Group Run. We ran a warm up and then 6 hill repeats. They were short hills at an all out sprint and then walking down.
I can't tell you how the whole run turned out because my GPS watch is broken, but I do have these stats:
Forgot to mention before. We had the Lawrenceville police there to talk about safety. While we were running the hill repeats he was clocking us. I clocked in at 13mph going up the hill.
