Notes
Good 6 mile run this morning. The first 4 miles were with Ashlee. Payton's ankle was hurting so she turned around really quick and decided to take the day off. Ashlee rain almost completely pain free which is really good. I went back out and got 2 more miles in and stopped. That was all that my legs had in them after last nights 5k race. I walked a couple more miles following the run.
