Awesome 2 mile run, first mile warm up, second mile a touch faster that target 5k race pace. I classified it as a tempo run, but it would only be called that if I was training for a 1 mile race.
And to think, I tried talking myself out of running this morning saying it was only going to be 2 miles anyway.... I would have missed out on an awesome run!
I ran in my new Pearl iZumi syncroFuel XC's again and I am really loving them for these short, quick runs. I can barely feel them on my feet they are so light compared to my NB 769's.
