Missed lunch today because of a constant day at work, only ate a small snack this afternoon and then headed home for an after work quick 3 miler since I overslept before work and didn't have time to get a run in.
Was really wondering if I had eaten enough throughout the day to get a good run in so I ate a half a bag of GU chomps, and part of an energy bar and headed out the door.
Gorgeous weather today in Atlanta so a really nice run. Started at a steady pace and dropped it for the entire run.
Great progressive run considering I was not well fueled and ate a little right before running (that usually is not good for a faster run)
