Notes
Two miles this morning in the almost cold 60 degrees :) I would say it was almost cold, but the 94% humidity changed that.
The two miles were great and at a really good pace. I got in the grove by the .5 mark and cruised the rest of the way. I am not sure what the time was because I forgot my watch on the table and didn't realize it till I had walked to my starting point. As if the technology was against me this morning my music quit after the first song so I was left with just my thoughts the rest of the way..... which is probably what made it such a great run :)
