8 Miles trying to keep at marathon pace. I didn't do very good however. First few miles were a touch over marathon pace and then I sped it up and sped it up too much. Second half of the run was way too fast for marathon pace, however felt very good. It is a good curse to have but I can't seem to keep it consistent, I always speed it up for the second half of the run.
My left calf was a little tight after a few miles and then it moved down to my Achilles around miles 5 & 6 and then went away.
Good run and great weather. Sunny and about 66 when I left and starting to get dark and 59 when I got back.
