Why do I run:
I like the quite time before dawn, just me and the road......its easy to achieve a meditative state, listening to the sound of your breathing. |
Why I started running:
Put my life on hold after getting married. Come from a sub 2 hour triathlon background. I was once a wippet, had to get back on the road and undo the damage I have done pursuing a career and starting a family. |
