Notes
Weather: 42 F, clear/flurry
Pains: Feet a little sore from other day. Wore compression sleeves and felt slight TOFP a few hours later. Feet weren't cold/numb.
Food: After run ate banana on the way home, ate breakfast with coffee + vanilla protein and pop-eye egg.
Mentality: This felt good. Brain was turned off most of the way but tried to focus on form and put a little rush on it.
Reminded myself of Angela. Headlamp and all!
