Notes

Up to 6 hill repeats now. My ankle/achilles doesn't feel too bad - I gave it a bit of a stretch before starting today. What I did notice was how different my legs felt, running in the morning instead of the p.m. I've gotten used to being pretty well warmed up when I run, not just waking them up! Guess getting up at 8:30 a.m. isn't the best training behavior, huh?
