Around the RV plant I stepped off the pavement in the dark and rolled my ankle. I finished the run but later, around 1:00 p.m., it started to hurt and swell. By 3:00 I couldn't walk - rested, iced, elevated, took naproxen. It's not hurting now but I think I'd better take a couple of days off. Idiot!
