Trying out low heart rate training and it was so easy that when the second walk break was scheduled I didn't want to stop, so I didn't, till the end of the run. So I guess I ran for 21 minutes without stopping and had a 5 minute run before this. Not sure how to continue, but might just run continuously for 2.5 miles (including warmup) as planned and try and keep my heart rate below 140. Didn't bother with the insoles this time and I am not sure weather it helped with my knee but I don't think I feel any sign of tendonitis, but I am feeling a bit paranoid re this.
