The purpose of this run was to run @ marathon pace. Goal was, after 1 mile warm up, run 5 miles @ 8:05-8:15 MP.

I hit this real close as I ran this by "feel" I don't think I'm far off on goal pace, but need to get in long runs and weekly mileage if I hope to hit this pace for the entire 26.2
