First I have to say I have an elaborate log on an Excel spreadsheet; and I know I this site has a great log but I can't bring myself to make the transition...that being said, I run 15-20 miles a week on average, more when I'm training for a race.
I have a great husband who also loves running. I'm a customer relationship manager for a software company. I live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, which is perfect for me because when I'm not running I love to hike and camp. I have a beagle and a golden retriever, who are my babies.

Because I love it. Because it makes me feel strong. No, I take that back...I run because it MAKES me strong.
