Not so good, but at least it is out of the way. I am sure I can do better, as I ran after dinner, people wanted to talk to me along the way, and I am old and fat. So, if I run it in the morning, avoid people, lose weight and get younger, then I'll be fine.
No excuses. I can do this. My goal is simply to break a 6:00 minute mile on this course. Sounds crazy, but I have to trim 1 minute and 40 seconds. Yikes!
