Baseline: 3 rounds – Row 200m, 5x front squat (45#), 5x push press, 5x thruster, 5x pull ups/LR.

(this is set up like fight gone bad)

Work Capacity: 3 rounds – 2 minutes at each station, 30 second transition between each station…

• Overhead squat (95#/65#)

• Sandbag get ups(or just Turkish get ups, sorry part one and part two are out of order below)
