Mile at CV pace with 2:1 rest, 2x800 at 5K pace with 2 min rest, 4x400 at 3K pace with 90 sec rest

400s: 67/83/83/76
Ran these on a trail in Peoria, decided to make my life harder by incorporating hills into this. The 400s in particular felt pretty brutal, but I survived. Weather was beautiful
Edit: Reflecting on this a few hours later, I should have slowed down the mile a bit. I think I hit the 800s at the right pace, though it didn't feel like it at the time, and I ran the first 400 too quickly. Things to improve for next time
