Started the workout with Norb, Julia and Grace, ended up being joined by a bunch of other guys. Felt pretty good and strong throughout, tried to push myself a little more without overdoing it. I meant to track each part of the workout separately so I could have better data, but accidentally messed up at the beginning and lumped it all together. Luckily Norb tracked everything, we hit our tempo runs at 6:12 and 6:15 paces, while our 5K reps were between 5:30 and 5:45. It got a little tricky as it got dark, just trying not to trip or roll my ankle or anything.

Solid workout overall, will be sure to stretch and do mobility tonight, will be doing recovery miles tomorrow before I head up to Peoria with some of the guys to watch the high school state final meets.
