Notes

One thing I've noticed during my meditations is that my anxiety can flare up pretty bad. At first I wondered if I was doing something wrong, but then I realized, it actually makes a lot of sense.

When you meditate it's nothing but you and your thoughts. No hiding place, just confronting your emotions. Naturally it's going to be cathartic, but you come out of it stronger.
