Notes

Meditation can sometimes be cathartic because I have a lot of thoughts zooming around all at once. It takes me a few minutes, but I settle in, and I sort myself out. My mind clears, and sometimes I find answers to a question I have when I'm done. Other times I don't have the answer yet, but I'm a little bit closer than when I started.
