Notes

Let me tell you a story about how the Irish ruined my streak.

We landed in Tunisia on Monday, except none of our luggage made it because apparently the people in Dublin thought we were picking it up there. No shorts, no running shoes, no bueno. Streak over. We got our luggage back yesterday, and I went out for this run today, but it was too late at that point.

The Irish equivalent of TSA also decided to toss out my body spray, and I ended up having to buy the only thing I could find when I landed in Paris: a small can of Axe (there were bottles of cologne, but I wasn't ready to drop $100 on a week long trip). So now I smell like a high schooler again.

This run itself was fine. My legs felt a little weird, probably still recovering from being cramped on planes and jet lag and all that. The weather here has been great, I think it was about 65 or so when I ran early this evening (Grace told me it was similar over there, which must be really nice for all of you)

Not sure how many more runs I'll put in while I'm here because there aren't really a lot of safe routes I can run. I'll get in at least a couple more, but since my streak is over (thanks Ireland), I feel like I'd be ok if I waited until I got back home.

Hope you all had a great Christmas.
