3 x 1600 with 3 min rest inbetween. Splits were 5:36, 5:43, 5:48. Hit the first 1600 a little faster than I should have, but felt pretty OK. Learned how to pace myself better on mile efforts, which I've struggled with before. Overall it felt challenging, but a good effort given I was still feeling the effects of my long run. Some perspective: a year ago any of these would have been a PR for me.
