Notes
Two sets of 3x800 at CV pace, followed by 3x300 at mile pace. It was just Olan and I on this since everyone else opted for the mile workout. I paced the first set, Olan paced the second. Accidentally hit the first rep too quickly, but we ran pretty evenly after that. Felt pretty good overall, a little tight, but not terrible. Pushed myself a bit on the 300s. Feeling confident ahead of the weekend.
