Notes

Did the 3K workout (800, 1K, 1200, 1600, 1200, 1K, 800 at CV pace) with Matt, Julia, Leonel and Olan. Was still feeling tight from the weekend (plus hitting 50+ miles last week), the first couple of sets were pretty bad, I paced several seconds behind the group because my legs felt like they couldn't move any faster, but I loosened up from the first 1200 onwards and felt really good about how I ran the rest of the sets. Finished strong with a couple of 200s at the end.

I'm looking to break 10 in the 3K this month, so here's hoping hard work and good recovery gets me there.
