Was really hot and my legs were pretty stiff from the previous night's run. I was pretty well hydrated and stretched a little prior to the run.

Felt bad about 2 miles in and started feeling good near the end of the 2 miles. Slowed and sip/spit and the water station.

Going to try and nap before the one miler tonight.
