Felt really tired. With only 4 hours of sleep (Amy had bad dreams apparently) I didn't get into the run into around mile 3. At that point my right knee was a little tight and remained that way for the remainder of the run. On mile 4 my left achilles was a little tight but became unoticeable shortly after.
I hydrated well, consuming about 30oz of Gatorade throughout the run and two ClifSHOTs. One shot 15 minutes before the run and the other just after mile 3.
For some reason I felt really hot today. There was a slight breeze at the beginning but the sky was clear.
