My left calf has been tight and a little sore since the 12 miler on Saturday. I stretched it real good before and after the run and iced it.
It was a nice, clear and cool morning. Humidity was in the 90% range.At the beginning of the run I had to run through the mist from the sprinklers which actually made my body feel cool.
Ate a clifSHOT before the run and 30 minutes into the run and consumed Gatorade Endurance (About 30oz).
Felt good at the finish but head was a little groggy.
