FB and MM: "The course PR I wanted, PLUS! 4:14:58. An 18-minute PR on this ridiculously stupid course... on a rainy, windy but otherwise temperate day. Rainy or misting throughout, but the hardest rain started at about 2:30:00 in (Miles 14-20). First few miles well above pace expectation (10:00/mi)but as the hills got tougher and fatigue set in, I fell behind. Expecting a 4:20 finish or thereabouts and very pleased with the sub-4:15 finish."
