Icy, snowy mix, pelting in 20mph N wind. Not a "John Dean" type of morning
It was love this morning. Didn't see any other runners out, either :-)...unlike last Saturday when it was perfect.
Run segments: 9:31...felt good. Feeling set for marathon on Saturday, if I don't overeat. Reminder to self....
