Notes

4 x 1200 x 400 jog on strip - 5:32, 5:28, 5:33, 5:32 (7:25 mile pace). This was :11 per mile faster than last week's 1200's with effort about the same. Faster than tempo, though, since I seriously doubt I could keep this pace up for 10 miles (now).
