2 x 3200 on strip with 3 min walk after 1st 3200 then back home

1600 splits were 8:24, 8:21 walk 3 min, 8:24, 8:23 = 33:33 for the running part, 33:45 converted to miles

I felt pretty good about this one. Thought about straight 4-mile tempo earlier this morning but decided on breaking it up on the drive over since I hadn't done anything in so long.
