Notes
1600 splits (7:31, 7:27, 7:25); 7:30 avg converted to miles. Walked to ramp after finishing tempo and did 5 x's, concentrating more on bringing knees up than bounding. Walk-jogged back to car (I drove over to strip from where I normally park).
A few things made this easier than Weds:
1) began warm up portion at 7:30 am
2) no wind
3) cooler
4) wore lighter, snugger fitting shoes
