4 x 1200 x 400 on strip (5:30, 5:25, 5:36, 5:32); 7:24 mile pace when converted.

Walk-jogged over to ramp and did 5 x's then back to car; didn't time this part. Ran later in afternoon rather than a.m. like I've been doing lately. Stopped at Nike outlet before workou and picked up a pair of Flyknit Trainers. I like 'em.
