Ran to the end of strip in 15:38 (7:48, 7:50) jogged 2 minutes, came back a mile in 7:49, jogged a little more then finished in 7:28.

Yeah, today was a hot one. My schedule at work has changed for the time being so instead of getting out at 11:30AM I'm not able to get out until about 1:30PM. Makes for a tougher run because temps are higher by a few degrees in that time difference.
