4 miles easy going clockwise, then turned around and did 4 x 800 with very slow 1lap recoveries. 800's were 3:29, 3:29, 3:27, 3:26. Finished with a slow mile and called it a day. The reps were tough and probably not what I should be doing now, but I was encouraged that I didn't fall off pace for any lap and was actually able to pick it up slightly for the last 2.
