Notes

Arrived at the strip after 4 on the dirt, planning to run out to the 1600 mark as fast as I could and take it from there. Instead it evolved into the following workout:

800 in 3:49,, 2 x 400 @ 1:52, jog over to the ramp for 10 reps, jog back to strip for 2 x 400 (1:54, 1:50) and jog back to my car.

I haven't "fallin off the cliff;" I've been thrown out of an airplane at 10,000 feet!
