4 x 1200 x 200 jog on strip--thought this would be a harmless workout (only 4x) and I wasn't sore at all after weekend. However, it was the slowest set in some time--in 7:42- 7:52 mile pace range and not easy at all. I should have gone easy until Thurs night.
