Ten intervals at 3 min race pace (7:40 for River Run) with 3 min easy pace (9:37) between. 6.5 hours of sleep. Ran two hours after normal breakfast. Woke up with slight headache (probably from two beers at restaurant last night). Intervals went pretty good and did not require a great effort, plus ran some of them on the Butterworth hills. Ran all of them under required 7:40 pace, with some in 7:20's.
