Notes

6 hours sleep. Ran one hour after breakfast. Felt tired (not enough sleep) but was able to keep goal pace okay. Wore compression sleeve on lower left leg. Shin was a little sore, but actually felt better when I started running harder on the intervals. Iced it after run again. Felt okay after run and also throughout the day. Maybe it was just some soreness left over from the Striders race on Saturday.
