6.5 hours sleep. Ran one hour after breakfast. .13 jog/recovery after .13 intervals and one min walk/rest after .62 intervals. Came in under on all the intervals again for two weeks in a row now. This is last week of Daniels workouts. Will jump into Gazelle workout schedule for River Run starting on Monday, 3/14 and top out at 51 miles per week a couple times and with only one speed session per week.
