Ran one hour after breakfast. 6.5 hours sleep. Left shin a little sore again, but not bothersome. Wore compression sleeve on left calf/shin during run. Six strides after run at 30 seconds each with one minute walk/rest between. Shin actually felt better while and after the strides. Did not ice shin after run (didn't feel need and too lazy I guess). Entire run was okay, but not fantastic.
