7 hours sleep. Waited to run in afternoon because of work schedule. Ended up eating a late lunch (12" chicken subway) about one and a half hours before running, so felt a little full in the stomach. So, full stomach, warmer than usual temp made for very blah run. Wore shorts and tee shirt for first time this year!!!! Did not stretch again for second day in a row now (didn't fit in time schedule). Thought I had Garmin programed correctly this time, but NOT! However, knew what my heart rate was supposed to be, so still managed to stay in correct "steady" zone 2. However, ran slower than yesterday but heart rate was higher. Maybe warm temp made difference. Also need to check out placement of heart moniter. Thinking I might have it too low on chest so maybe I'm not getting correct readings.
