7 hours sleep. Had to get to job a little early, so ran later in the day, about three hours after lunch. A little warm, but not to bad of a run for later in the day. Garmin was dead so had no heart or split data. Was supposed to be a "steady" run between 8:30 and 8:45 and I think it was right around that area. Resting heart rate was one of lowest ever. Must be cause of extra sleep over weekend.
