.62 intervals w/one min walk/rest between and .5 intervals w/2 min walk/rest between. Finally did every interval in prescribed time. .62 at 7:41 pace feft fairly easy. .5 at 6:40 pace felt significantly harder, but much easier than last week. Thinking maybe the 5K race on Saturday before last week's Monday workout still had me a little drained. Anyway, very good workout today!
