Checking for max heart rate, but I think monitor was not positioned correctly because of high reading (see 3/17 notes). One mile time of 6:35 is worth noting for comparison on best mile time in future. Ran two hours after breakfast, light wind, wore long and short sleeve shirts with gortex running pants, gloves and stocking hat.
