Longest long. Quite sore. Very hungry.

Run-commuted 5 miles from work to home, dropped off stuff, ate a gel, drank some water, forgot to pack a second gel, ran another 13 miles. Stop only took a few minutes and I was constantly moving so I'm not too worried about it.
